Hi! Hello! I'm assuming you haven't visited my blog before and have come here to find out more about me - Annika - and the content I post. Well look no further! I'm the resident artist of this blog, and love to focus on all kinds of subjects, ranging all the way from natural history illustrations to pattern designs to the food on my plate. After the realisation that I was spending far too much time watching others achieve their artistic dreams rather than focusing on my own, I decided to finally take my future into my own hands and create a space for myself within the online art community in the form of this blog. This space is mostly dedicated to my own art (traditional or digital) and the other creative outlets which inspire it, namely sewing and ethical fashion (including resources and education as well as textile projects), design inspiration, as well as my obsession with beautiful origami papers, books and magazines (I have quite a collection).
